Payment Instructions
Register and pay in full by March 31 at the rate of $850. After March 31, the camp fee is $950 and balance will be due by July 1, 2024. You may make payments up to that date, but all balances are due in full no later than July 1, 2024. A $250 deposit will reserve your spot and confirm your registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made prior to July 1: all payments returned except $250 deposit.
Cancellations made after July 1: no refund unless a replacement camper is found, and then all payments returned except $250 deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. Refunds are not made in the event a camper is dismissed from camp for conduct reasons, for voluntary withdrawal during camp or for no-shows without prior notice.
